Since graduating in 2004 with a degree in Social Education, I’ve worked in a variety of social work settings; with children, young adults, and adults in conjunction with their families. Through these myriad experiences, I’ve come to believe that the most fulfilling work, where my true calling lies, is working with the youngest members of our society, helping them feel part of it, and begin to find their place in the world.
I’ve been working as an early childhood educator since 2013, and have been excited to travel this path, and now to carve it anew, with Natascha.
As the mother of two bilingual children, seeing its benefits firsthand, I decided to move beyond my career in international marketing, and create a bilingual day care here in Hannover. I find great joy in guiding young ones through the playful process of discovery, both the successes and the pitfalls.
Having lived overseas for many years, inspired by the vibrant multiculturalism of New York City, I was seeking a way to contribute to my community and the world at large
in a more meaningful way. I found an ideal partner in this pursuit in Beate. Putting our multitude of complementary knowledge and skills together, building our philosophy from a combination of cutting edge research in early years education, multiligualism, and years of experience, kinder house was born.
